Verve Petchkasem 81 is located in the Nong Khaem area of Bangkok, closer to Samut Sakhon province. Due to its suburban location, most residential units are low-rise. Houses along the main road are shophouses or commercial buildings used as shops and restaurants, while houses in the side streets are detached houses or townhouses. The area is quite developed, with most amenities concentrated along Petchkasem Road. The project is located in Soi Petchkasem 81 (Ma Charoen Road), which connects to several major roads including Petchkasem Road, Ekachai Road, Kanchanaphisek Road, and Phutthasakhon Road. It provides access to Ekachai-Bang Bon Road and then to Rama 2 Road. Alternatively, from the Khlong Phasi Charoen Road, you can drive straight to Phutthasakhon Road to reach Samut Sakhon province. From Petchkasem Road, you can connect to Kanchanaphisek Road and Borommaratchachonnani Road. The advantage of a project located in a side street like this is that it allows for shortcuts to other major roads during rush hour traffic. For example, to reach Kanchanaphisek Road, instead of using Phetkasem Road, you can take the Khlong Phasi Charoen canal road heading towards Phetkasem 69, drive straight into Soi Inthaphat, then turn right into Soi Phetkasem 63, continue straight until you reach Soi Rom Sai, and drive to the end of the soi, which will lead you to Kanchanaphisek Road.
For public transportation, there are shared taxis (songthaew) that pass in front of the project. You can ride them to the entrance of Soi Phetkasem 81, from where you can transfer to various buses on Phetkasem Road. Motorcycle taxis and regular taxis also pass by the project frequently. For those who want to use the BTS Skytrain, it’s quite far. Currently, the closest station is BTS Bang Wa. You’ll need to transfer twice because the shared taxis only go as far as The Mall Bang Khae. The extended Skytrain line terminates at Lak Song station, which is near The Mall Bang Khae.
